Terms & Conditions

Payment

I accept payment debit or credit card payments. To use a debit or credit card, simply enter your card information when prompted, and your account will be securely charged.

Returns

You have 30 days following receipt of my work to apply for a refund. To as for a refund, please email: nigel@nigelartingstall.com and return the work in the condition in which it arrived. Please note, physical sales are final and cannot be returned.

Delivery times


Please allow up to 10 working days for me to process your order prior to shipping. All orders are insured, tracked and will require a signature. Please allow extra time for your order to arrive if you live in a remote area.

Duties and Taxes

International packages may incur taxes and/or duties. Please familiarise yourself with your country’s fees and policies before placing an order.

Retention of title

Not withstanding delivery and the passing of risk, property in and title to the goods shall remain with the seller until the seller has received payment of the full price of:

1. all goods and /or services the subject of contract.

2. all other goods and/or services supplied by the seller to the buyer under any contract whatsoever.

Payment of the full price shall include, without limitation, the amount of any interest or other sum payable under the terms of this and all other contracts between the seller and the buyer.

Cancellations

I will try my best to fulfill every order as specified in my terms, but delays and cancellations may occur for reasons beyond my control. I reserve the right to cancel any orders for any reason and will refund the full amount immediately.
